Former India skipper MS Dhoni and Harbhajan Singh were once the face of the building company Amrapali Group and have now become the target of several home buyers, who invested in the firm’s projects.

Reports have emerged that the building company is facing insolvency move and something like that will affect thousands of home buyers. As a result, the buyers lashed out at Dhoni and Harbhajan for promoting the company.
While Dhoni did not respond to the tweets claiming that the players received villas from the firm, the off-spinner replied that the players were also tricked into promoting the company.
#amrapalifraud @msdhoni n @harbhajan_singh sir aap logon ka villa to mil gya free mein. Humhare to paise bhi doob rahe hai @avhflatbuyers

The situation became more heated after someone suggested that Dhoni is a good friend of president of the housing company and that Harbhajan should not lie.

According to reports, Amrapali Group had promised villas to the members of the 2011 World Cup-winning team. Harbhajan had later claimed that none of the players received any of the villas.
