What do we, working professionals, want in life? It’s not a lot… I assure you. A job that pays you well, a boss that lets you leave early and an HR that values your efforts everytime you’re about to pass out under pressure. And of course, Saturdays off (that a lot of us don’t get). Thinking about all of this gave us an interesting idea and we asked some people what are those little things that keep them motivated and happy in their professional lives. Here’s what they had to say.

There are things that don’t seem significant in the face of it, but when these little things are cumulatively considered, they make a huge difference in our professional lives. In my honest opinion, one such place that provides excellent growth, exposure, flexible timings and is one of the biggest conglomerates in the country is the RPG group. It boasts of an extremely employee friendly environment and policies that suit everybody. I wish I was working there. Give it a try and who knows, you might be able to say #HelloHappiness every morning as you leave for work.
