We are creatures of habit. We need the same coffee everyday to jolt us out of bed, same exact spoons of sugar, no more, no less.
The same kind of pizza, the same Friends episodes we love rewatching, the same tattered t-shirts to wear at home. How many times have we promised ourselves to eat healthy? But it's difficult to get yourself off the unhealthy junk. How many times have we been determined to be productive and then succumbed to the pleasure of fluffy pillows and a warm blanket?
