Not just effortless winners at the Box Office, films Dangal and Udta Punjab also swept away multiple honours at the ceremony with top awards going to Aamir Khan and Alia Bhatt.

Sonam Kapoor bagged the Critics’ Choice Award for the biopic film Neerja.

After a shocker at a few recent awards, it was Filmfare Awards that gave snubbed actors like Shahid Kapoor and Manoj Bajpayee a pat on their backs for their outstanding performances in Udta Punjab and Aligarh, respectively.
