7 representatives from Bollywood met PM Modi recently to discuss issues plaguing the industry.
In particular, it was a meeting about the lack of movie theaters in India.
And of course, OF COURSE, no women were a part of the delegation.

Because obviously, there are no female producers in the country.
And there is literally not a single woman who can talk to the PM about increasing the number of theaters. It’s a ‘male topic’, after all.
Yeah, the guy gang got ready and went to the PM without caring for gender representation because, what is that?
This doesn’t even come as a surprise, at this point, honestly.
Remember the time when Amitabh Bachchan congratulated the ‘cast of Pink’- a movie with three woman actors in lead- without any of them in the picture?

Because fuck that.
Who cares if the movie was about women’s safety and things they go through? Who cares if it were women who carried the movie on their shoulders?
Who cares?
Bollywood, since you are doing so poor in this department, I will be a good person and help you out. Representation, by definition means:
The action of speaking or acting on behalf of someone or the state of being so represented. Now, just add the word ‘equal’ before ‘represented’.
