1. Dark Souls 3 (April, 2016)

The third edition of one of the most successful RPGs in recent time is set for a release this year. Dark Souls 3 is set to be released on PS4, Xbox One and PC, and is without doubt one of the games, gamers are looking forward to the most. The fourth and final addition to the Uncharted series is set to be released only on the PS4 this April, and it is fucking kick ass. 3. Doom (May, 2016)

Overwhelming numbers, mass attacks, gore and horrific enemies will take you back to your childhood with the latest reboot of Doom set to release on the PS4, PC and Xbox.

4. No Man’s Sky (June, 2016)

Perhaps one of the more innovative games on this list, No Man’s Sky is developed by indie studio Hello Games, and features probably the most expansive universe in open-world gameplay you have witnessed yet. Yes, we are talking about a universe the size of, well, our Universe. Let that sink in for a bit.

5. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (August, 2016)

The cyberpunk-themed action RPG series of Deus Ex is any die-hard gamer’s best pick for an action game. Set in a dystopic future, you get to play Adam Jensen again, who now shows up with new technology and body augmentations. Mankind Divided will release on the PS4, Xbox One and PC.

There are certain interesting advancements in the gameplay and overall entry options to each mission. You could really play this games a 100 times over. The game releases on all three platforms.

7. Final Fantasy XV (Rlease TBA)

I know. It seems almost never ending, doesn’t it. Well, do you really even want the Final Fantasy series to come to a close after 14 epic instalments to it. The fifteenth one is going to be a kicker, and features an open-world environment, and action-based battle system incorporating the ability to switch weapons and other elements like vehicle travel and camping. The game releases on the PS4 and Xbox One.

8. Quantum Break (April, 2016)

Critics and audiences are taken back by the game’s breathy environment and simple gameplay. The game will feature players controlling a young boy who befriends a giant bird, dog and cat hybrid creature, Trico, in a plot to escape capture by guards. This game looks really cool.

10. Mafia III (Release TBA)

12. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands (Release TBA)

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon series has been the focal point of some really amazing third-person shooters. This time around the game is going to ditch the futuristic setting and head to the grimier war against the Cartel drug lords. This is also going to be the first game in the series to feature an open world, and releases on PC, Xbox One and PS4. Man, this is going to be so badass.

13. Homefront: The Revolution (Release TBA)

Imagine this: In a dystopic fantasy future, the Korean People’s Army have invaded and enslaved America. And your job as part of the sparse and fragmented revolution is to wage guerilla war against the oppressors. Homefront: The Revolution is a first-person shooter and is set to be released on PC, Xbox One and PS4. Let’s stray away from Call Of Duty for a while please.

14. Dead Island 2 (Release TBA)

Zombie violence and genocide is never going to go out of fashion. Sure, some of us like action, some like strategy, but then a lot of us like messing the fuck out of a horde of zombies. 15. For Honor (Release TBA)

Imagine a game based on war epics, on the battlefield, in a third-person RPG, with complete control over the combat action (developers call it “The art of war”), and lets you pan across three military civilizations – the knights, the Samurai and the Vikings; that’s a bit about the hack and slash action game For Honor. The game will release on PS4, Xbox One and PC. See, we saved the best for last.
