The wait for the final installment of the Avengers series is unbearable, and with every interview, fans are hoping and dreading a slip-up of what the Endgame actually entails. And perhaps the makers were aware of the same because Russo Brothers revealed that only one Avengers‘ star received the whole script – Robert Downey Jr.
In an interview with Rotten Tomatoes, Russo Brothers revealed that the only actor they actually trusted with the whole script was Tony Stark aka Robert Downey Jr.
The duo shared that going by past experiences, they were wary of giving access to the complete script to all the actors, so as to avoid any spoilers. (spidey senses do not translate to secret sense, Tom!)
Iron Man is definitely a ‘trusted insider‘. However, he did reveal a ‘few things’ though. Like that the last 8 minutes of the movie are the best fans have seen in the MCU universe. *Gasp*
Plus, his role in the MCU anthology and especially Thanos’ defeat is pivotal. So one can’t help but wonder, that Robert Downey Jr. having access to the complete script translates to the role he’ll play in bringing Thanos down – he may just be the main man bringing it all to an end.
Irrespective of the reason behind it, one thing is clear, this is one Stark who actually knows everything!
