Attention, Game of Thrones buffs, some amazing news to kill your mid-week blues.

Our little birds have informed us that earlier yesterday, HBO finally announced a prequel for the Emmy-winning fantasy drama and it's called' House of The Dragon'.

The house of the three-faced dragon, the bearer of fire and blood and the house of the mad kings and queen a.k.a House of Targaryen will finally be in the spotlight.

The excited Targaryen in us is honestly screaming 'Dracarys'.

Based on George R.R. Martin's Fire and Blood, the green-lit prequel has managed to receive a 10-episodes, straight-to-series order.

The show will date back to 300 years before the 'Mother of Dragons' a.k.a Khaleesi went on a journey to conquer the iron throne.

The prequel will also star the stunning Naomi Watts probably as a Targaryen.
