The movie is a true story-adaption starring Kate Mara, who plays the role of a newbie marine assigned to the K9 unit in Iraq, against her wishes. I kept praying repeatedly while watching the trailer: “Please don’t let the dog die. Please don’t let the dog die. Please don’t let the dog die.”
