The story revolves around a dysfunctional family of superheroes who reunite following their adoptive father’s death to stop the end of the world.

the series was very good but had some pacing issues, i still very much enjoyed it even if it dragged sometimes the production design more than made up for it (plus one of the best “kid” actor i’ve seen in a while)

I keep seeing meh reviews for Umbrella Academy and I’m baffled because so far I love it. Child assassins! Robot moms! Siblings who kinda want to bang! Ellen Page at her Ellen Pagest! DELORES! Also MARY J. BLIGE is in this as a super low-key bad guy and it’s amazing.
