The 2019 IIFA Awards were announced recently, and among the winners was Deepika Padukone.
She won 'The Special 20 Award'--introduced in celebration of 20 years of IIFA--for her role in Chennai Express (2013). Not Piku, not Padmaavat, but Chennai Express.
And while we get the movie was a Box Office Success, it garnered little critical acclaim. It let many to wonder if Bollywood was 'smoking something' we don't know of.
