Releasing a prefect movie every year is now like a ritual for Bollywood Superstar Aamir Khan. This year too, Mr Passionate had wrestling drama ‘Dangal‘ as his trump card. The film that also featured Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra in the lead role worked wonders at the Box-Office.

1. Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988)
QSQT will always be remembered as one the best romantic films in Bollywood. The film not only gave us Aamir Khan, the chocolate hero but also the evergreen jodi of Juhi-Aamir.
2. Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar (1992)
The film will always be remembered as one of the best hindi films based in a school. The iconic romantic song, Pehla Nasha made us wonder if Aamir had actually sung the song himself. That’s how well, playback singer, Udit Narayan’s voice fit the actor.
3. Andaz Apna Apna (1994)
A film that is popular and a delight to watch even decades later. A favourite among all generations. Andaz Apna Apna had Aamir displaying his comic timing. And we loved him in that!
4. Rangeela (1995)

8. Rang De Basanti (2006)
Re-inventing his looks once again to play a Jaat boy. The film was so though provoking that it had the youth re-evaluating their relationship with the country. Rang De Basanti was an eye-opener for those who saw it forcing them to question just how much they loved their country.
9. Taare Zameen Par (2007)
It was a film that Aamir was just going to produce and act in. Only to change his mind to don the director’s hat. Aamir Khan’s approach to the sensitive subject of learning disabilities had everyone sit up and take notice. TZP had everyone reaching for the tissues while forcing audiences to acknowledge that learning isn’t just about marks and talent isn’t defined by school marksheets.
10. 3 Idiots (2009)
One of those films, that you can watch over and over again. 3 Idiots was one such master piece with the actor slipping into the character of a bright engineering student. Given he was convincing despite being over 40 when he played the role, the actor convinced us again that he can pull off pretty much any role with elan.
