1. Oranges

One medium glass of orange juice contains about 124 milligrams of vitamin C. So, have one glass of orange juice daily, to get a day’s worth of vitamin C. It is also a good source of potassium, folate, lutein and vitamin A.

2. Grapefruit

Half a grapefruit contains about 45 milligrams of vitamin C, plus fiber, potassium and plenty of vitamin A.

3. Capsicum 

One medium-sized capsicum contains about 95 milligrams of vitamin C, which is good enough for one day. Capsicums are also rich in vitamin A, K and B6.


One small cup of strawberry slices contains 98 milligrams of vitamin C. They are juicy, sweet and are a good source of potassium and magnesium. It is an excellent snack so, just have a handful of strawberries and you are good to go.

7. Cabbage

One cup of raw cabbage has approximately 30 milligrams of vitamin C while one cup of cooked cabbage contains about 60 milligrams of vitamin C. Apart for this, cabbage also contains antioxidants, minerals, vitamin K and fiber.

8. Cauliflower

One cup of raw cauliflower contains about 50 milligrams of vitamin C. It is also rich in calcium, fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin K and antioxidants. One small cup of cooked cauliflower contains about 30 milligrams of vitamin C which is also not bad.
