One simple moment of sheer happiness. There is food of course. But what stays with us for long is the warmth of the servers, who do everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and well tended.
But now we’re all facing an unprecedented calamity. And if there’s one community that has suffered immensely, then it’s the restaurant workers. We have stopped stepping out of our homes, let alone go to restaurants. And this has deeply impacted the marginalised restaurant workers, who are now going to sleep on an empty stomach.
Bollywood celebrities have also joined the #PepsiSaveOurRestaurants campaign and are asking fans to do their bit. Tiger Shroff recently shared the campaign details with his followers on his Instagram account.
”Our restaurant workers do everything they can for us. Today, let’s do a little for them. I am contributing to the #PepsiSaveOurRestaurants program. You too can🤘 @pepsiindia @swiggyindia #NRAI”
Playback singer Neha Kakkar urged her fans to chip in and help #PepsiSaveOurRestaurants by including Pepsi in their Swiggy order.
”Our restaurant workers have always been there for us. 🙌🏼 Today, in their hour of need, let’s be there for them ♥️. I am contributing to the #PepsiSaveOurRestaurants program by ordering on Swiggy. Are you?🤘 @pepsiindia @swiggyindia @nrai_india 👏🏼”
Disha Patani also took to social media to ask her fans to come forward and be a part of the campaign.

Actress Pooja Hegde too joined the flurry of actors supporting Pepsi’s initiative.

These are the same people who reserved our favourite tables and brought us bowls full of happiness, every time we visited them. Now it’s our turn to give them back. And perhaps show just how grateful we are to them.
