When you think of kheer, don’t you go back to the times when your grandmom spent three-fourths of her day trying to make the perfect one? Everyone who has the craving for the traditional sweet dish knows what it means when you finally get your hands on a bowl of freshly cooked kheer. Its hard to deny the fact that just one bite is guaranteed to send you to cloud nine! But frankly, who has the time and energy to make, consume and then burn those calories?

Well, fear no more. Here’s a kheer recipe that’s not just super easy to make but also has a healthy twist to it.
