The legendary actor had played the cult role of James Bond in seven movies between 1973 and 1985.
His 12 years as James Bond, the British agent with a voracious appetite for danger and sex, made Moore a millionaire as well as a heartthrob the world over.
He was also voted ‘Best Bond’ in Academy polls back in the day.
