We all are guilty of giving up self-constraint and indulging in junk food. However, sometimes we think if we take just a teeny tiny bite or a single piece of something, it wouldn’t matter much. However, it turns out that these high-calorie food items pack so many calories that taking a small portion isn’t really ‘nothing’. It matters. Given that a man needs around 2500kcal and a woman needs 2000kcal per day, we need to really watch what we eat. They may seem big figures but the numbers add up really quickly and before you know it, you have exceeded the limit.
