Certain food items have now become so popular that we don’t even stop to consider that they might be having some sort of harmful side effects. The general mentality is that since everyone is having it, I might as well have it too. And then there are also some beneficial foods around which a certain illogical bias has been formed and people have started avoiding them. Food is a very important part of our well-being and thus we should be rightly aware of what we are intaking and what are its pros and cons. These are few things that people wrongly believe about food.

Food is a very personal choice but it is always better to make an informed one.
