Is coffee good for the health or not? Some would say it is and some are still against its consumption. Well, I don’t know about you but I am a huge fan of coffee. Having coffee just helps me kick start my day. I have about 3 cups of coffee a day and here are 8 reasons why you should too because consuming coffee in moderation has quite a few health benefits that you should be aware of.
