Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge has been around for twenty years now, but even today it feels as refreshing to watch as it was when it first released way back in 1995. The iconic romantic film not just redefined the idea of love for us, but also went on to become the longest running film in the history of Indian cinema.
Shah Rukh Khan became the king of romance and we got a super-successful pair of SRK and Kajol. So while the two stars are sharing the screen again in Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale, and are busy shooting for the same, they didn’t forget to return the love to DDLJ fans.
The duo celebrated the 20th anniversary of DDLJ’s release by shooting for a video that recreated the magic of the classic Bollywood blockbuster. Raj lifted Simran again in his arms and recreated the iconic DDLJ poster. SRK tweeted the picture himself.
