The last thing one should consider while choosing their profession is gender. The most celebrated Indian chef, Sanjeev Kapoor, is a man. And Kiran Bedi killed it serving in the Indian Police Service for several years. Yet, we associate a profession with gender. Why is there a bias when girls want to join the army, or a man wants to become a dancer?
