As an adult trapped in the MNC culture, I have to say that keeping fresh is easier said than done. We are all stuck in the mundane ups and downs of life without any time for ourselves. And our motto has boiled down to rushing out of the house at the last minute and somehow just getting through the day, regardless of how we feel. We do very little to keep ourselves rejuvenated, upbeat and energetic in the process!

1. Sleep for 6-8 hours every day.
