And now she is gracing the cover of Vogue India, for the March 2018 issue. To see this fashion icon in one of the leading fashion magazines denotes a perfect match indeed.

Shot in LA, the Vogue India shoot is Kim’s first ever shoot for an Indian title. Styled by Vogue India’s Fashion Director Anaita Shroff Adajania and her team, the 6-page inside shoot has the fashion icon don outfits by Indian designers such as Sabyasachi, Anita Dongre, Anamika Khanna, Falguni & Shane Peacock, and JADE by Monica & Karishma.

The reason Kim wanted to shoot for Vogue India was because of her fascination with traditional Indian wear, or as she puts it:

“The saris, the jewellery, the clothes—everything was so beautiful! I told my show that we have to figure out how to get to India.”

Even Anaita Shroff Adajania, Fashion Director, Vogue India, had an amazing time styling the style icon herself.

Anaita wanted to “flip the expectation” when it comes to Kim, and thus chose red for her instead of the usual nudes and subtle colors that Kim is seen in.

She looks every bit of the stunning diva she is.

The 2018 March issue of Vogue India will definitely be one to look out for.
