Customer care service has grown from just answering queries, to becoming a full blown strategic department, which brands take quite seriously. And call centres, designed for this particular service, employ men and women to strengthen a buyer/potential buyer’s customer experience. But in its way to build customer loyalty and record feedback, people working here go through a hard time dealing with frustrated customers.

Their shifts comprise of tolerance, perseverance, high threshold – basically, all synonyms for ‘patient’.
