A slice of pepperoni pizza or a whoopy mutton burger, whatever you may prefer, both will equally impact your testicular function, claims a new study.
According to a Harvard study, male fertility or an individual's sperm count is directly linked to our junk food habits.
So what does that basically mean?
The study claims, men who typically eat "Western" meals or high fat foods have a sperm count, which is 25.6 million lower on average than men with a healthier diet.
Men with less than 15 million sperm per milliliter or 39 million sperm per ejaculation have a lower sperm count, which can negatively affect their ability to reproduce or get a partner pregnant.
Since there's no magic food combination to cure infertility, we advice you to keep those pizzas and fries only for the cheat days.
