It's true, they say, strange things can happen at the most unlikely of places. Air India, one of India's pioneering and nationally significant airlines, usually has well-prepared food trays served to its passengers. But, in a recent report, they've managed to spoil all our appetites.
One of its passengers onboard the AI 111 Delhi-London flight claims to have found a lizard in his food tray. Can you believe it?
Here is an image of the same:
The passenger concerned is apparently very upset about this, and according to sources, has filed a complaint against the airlines.
Furthermore, we hear from the flight's cabin attendants that they've been complaining about dirty galley carts to the airline management for months now, but in absolute vain.
In fact, according to one of the attendants, there have been previous instances where cockroaches have been found in these carts.
Incidents like these are never free from Twitter reactions. Especially for Air India, as it is currently struggling with a huge debt of over Rs 40,000 crore. Here's how Twitter is reacting to this incident:
But Air India is in complete denial of the situation.
