How annoying is it when the first cab you booked is cancelled by the driver because there’s ‘too much traffic’ near your house? Or when the guy at the ATM before you takes a million years to finish his transaction? I can understand, almost everyone’s been there. Everyone has their own problems to deal with and feels that they deserve to go on a rant.
And, guess where does everyone go to let it all out?
The one day that I get to chill, and my neighbour has to call someone to do some drilling in his wall. Dany, need the services of Dragon for a little bit if you’re done. #GoT

Am I the only one who always gets his bags last after a flight? I spend more time at the conveyor belts than I do in the air! Never checking bags in again.

Yep, that’s right. Twitter has now turned into a boxing ring, with everyone venting their struggles on the platform in two hundred and eighty characters, and sometimes more. All we witness now are angry tweets trending everywhere…
…like this one, where Neha Dhupia isn’t happy one-bit about cold food being delivered to her…
First it was cabbies, now its food delivery guys. Maps aren’t THAT complicated!! I’m just gonna have to develop a taste for cold food, I guess!

Or this guy, who’s taken a bit of time to finally accept the demonetisation drama for what it is…
I don’t get it when simple instructions are there on the ATM screen, why do people take a lifetime to withdraw cash? Always a guy who takes 3 attempts. Arghhhhhh.

Just get the cash, and get out already! Oh Wait, Baba Sehgal has some cool advice…

But worry not, ’cause Baba has all the mantras to keep calm…

But, an angry mind is a narrow mind.
People who get angry over the most trivial matters may come across as rude, but it could be a sign of concern. Unwarranted anger could be a symptom of hypertension, which is commonly referred to as high blood pressure. And salt, as we know, is a regulator of our blood pressure. So, Tata Salt Lite got rapper Baba Sehgal to urge the angry Twitterati to #TakeItLite, and stop stressing over small things. And Baba, with his own quirky rap style, gave kickass replies to the ones who were whining!
That’s right Neha, sabr ka fal meetha hota hai…

Seriously, why this kolaveri?
All of us talk about trying to be calmer than we usually are, but how many of us actually manage to? We may not know but, high blood pressure can lead to chronic heart diseases and unexpected bouts of strokes, so why invite trouble with all that anger that you’ve got?
So, on the occasion of World Hypertension Day, Tata Salt Lite is urging all of us to curb all our anger, and to #TakeItLite. And, you know what? High levels of sodium in table salt can increase the risk of hypertension, which in turn, makes you angrier by the day. So, this year, let’s promise to choose Tata Salt Lite, that helps us all keep our blood pressure in check. So, instead of taking things to your heart, just #TakeItLite!
