With an eye on successive victory, the current ruling party BJP released its manifesto on April 8 and while every point mentioned in it was a topic of discussion, there was one in particular that caught people's eyes.
Presumably a typing or a framing error, BJP manifesto stated:
(We) have made strict provisions for transferring the laws in order to commit crimes against women.
No sooner than people noticed this error, they started sharing the screenshot on Twitter with the hashtag WomenBewareOfBJP, expressing concern over the views of the party.
Correct. No unrealistic promise here! We know that this particular promise of "committing crimes against women" is completely deliverable by the BJP! #BJPSeBetiBachao #WomenBewareofBJP pic.twitter.com/6b7V2dp5AU— Ritambhara Agrawal (@RitambharaA) April 9, 2019
Again and again BJP several ministers have made anti women statements but PM Modi did not utter a single word against these ministers. Now their manifesto is quite oblivious to BJP's anti women mindset.#WomenBewareofBJP pic.twitter.com/osWn9L5m92— Vinod Zinta (@VinodZinta) April 8, 2019
We knew it already, now they admit it! BJP manifesto Point 11 on page 32: "have made strict provisions for transferring the laws *in order to commit crimes against women*#WomenBewareOfBJP— Jayati Ghosh (@Jayati1609) April 8, 2019
It was obvious. @narendramodi & his ministers were already supporting & following on social media (&getting clicked) with goons who were regular in threatening, abusing women.— 𝑽𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒚 𝑲𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒓 𝑫𝒐𝒌𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒂 (@VinayDokania) April 8, 2019
This promise in #BJPManifesto further reiterates commitment of BJP to empower goons? #WomenBewareofBJP pic.twitter.com/47slNzVlyk

Finally some truth in the BJP's Jumla Manifesto. BJP Manifesto clearly says "in order to commit crimes against women". This is exactly what they did in the last 5 years, and they are promising lot more crime against women. Oh God!! What is going on??!! pic.twitter.com/LCKQtMC6jK
