IIT, Roorkee declared the JEE Advanced result 2019 on its official website today (14th June 2019). This was the second round of test that was conducted after the JEE Main. 

The results were declared around 10 am on 14th June 2019 and it was topped by Kartikey Gupta who hails from Mumbai. He topped the Bombay Zone by scoring 346 out of a total of 372 marks. In an interview given to Times Now, Kartikey said, “he always aspired to join IIT Bombay and has been working towards the goal since 2017.”


The JEE Advanced 2019 was conducted on May 27 at various test centres across the nation and the exam was held in a computer-based test mode in two shifts. 


According to IIT Roorkee’s official website, the JEE Advanced final answer key for paper 1 and 2 will soon be released on the website.

About 2,24,000 students, who were the JEE Main rank holders were eligible for JEE Advanced 2019 exams. 


Those who have qualified in the JEE Advanced 2019 exam will have to undergo counseling conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).
