In yet another incident of cow vigilantism, a man was beaten up in Nagpur by four people for allegedly carrying beef.
According to ANI, the incident took place on Wednesday in Nagpur’s Bharsingi area.
News18 reports that the 40-year-old man, Ismail Shah, was traveling on his two-wheeler when a gang of 4 people stopped him and claimed he was carrying beef.
In a video released by ANI, it shows the man being dragged and kicked around by the men.

The police have detained the 4 men and are interrogating them while the meat sample has reportedly been sent for forensic analysis.
This incident comes after 17-year-old Junaid was stabbed to death and his cousins were thrashed in a train by a mob which accused them of carrying beef while they were returning home to Khandawli village after shopping for Eid in Delhi.
