In an incident that won’t improve his reputation in anyway, octogenarian Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Babulal Gaur was seen touching a woman inappropriately during an event in Bhopal.
In a video that is going viral on social media, the veteran BJP minister appears to be touching a woman’s buttocks indecently while the latter is boarding a bus.
