The iconic building was lit up to commemorate the homecoming of Lord Ram and his wife after 14 years of exile. It was lit up for the first time, last year and the tradition continued this year.
Singer Arjun Coomaraswamy from 'Suit Suit Karda' fame (Hindi Medium 2017) also participated in the event to light the ceremonial lamp in the Empire State Building.
