A flyover under construction in the bustling city of Kolkata collapsed on Thursday on to vehicles and street vendors below, killing at least 14 people and leaving over 100 people trapped.
At this point taxi aggregator Ola decided to stop both surge pricing and said that it would give free rides to and from the area most affected by the tragedy:
