After much anticipation, Rahul Dravid was finally appointed as the head of National Cricket Academy by the BCCI on July 8.
The reports, however, suggest that the appointment was delayed because of some issues related to his job at India Cements. The BCCI asked him to either quit his job or go on a leave until the end of his tenure at the NCA but seeing the seriousness of the situation, India Cements sent him on a leave themselves.

The best news today. Rahul Dravid is Head of Cricket at the NCA. When the level just below the national team is high, the national team is automatically good.
