Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu proves it yet again that he is one of the most approachable, accessible and helpful ministers.
Thanks to Mr. Prabhu and his swift Indian Railways social media team, a worried father was able to benefit prompt medical assistance for his six-year-old son after tweeting out to the minister seeking help.
The six-year-old reportedly fell from the upper birth of the train suffering grave injuries.
The panic-stricken father immediately tweeted seeking people’s help, tagging both the Railway Ministry and the minister.

Relieved with the medical help extended to his son, hours later, the concerned father thanked the Railway Minister and his team for the quick response and support.
