What happens when you try to return an item of clothing you bought online? Usually it’s taken back without any complaint and you have your money refunded. But one woman in the US had a rather unusual and heartwarming experience when she decided to return a sweater she had bought online. 

This unusual incident was posted on Facebook by Kelly Blue Kinkel  on Jan. 4.

In her post, she said she had “one of the best customer service experiences of my life” after deciding to return a winter coat to the Seattle-based e-commerce company Zulily.
