Yes, Mr #VGSiddhartha created a chain of coffee shops where people bonded and forged relationships. But what I'll remember most with gratitude, as will many other women, is that a #CCD on the highways meant decent restrooms, a rarity till then.— subha j rao (@subhajrao) July 31, 2019

- this one touched me.
2010, I was traveling with my toddler son. Had forgotten to carry milk. I asked CCD to fill a bottle for me, charge me for 2 coffees. They refused to bill it. RIP #VGSiddhartha, your brand will live long. pic.twitter.com/eAalRNoYkO
It's really sad! I know how I used to boast off about CCD with my non-Kannadiga friends everywhere I go and explain to them his journey.... Your legacy and brand will live long sir, an inspiration! #VGSiddhartha #CafeCoffeeDay pic.twitter.com/WqGSIYtp2s— Sahana A (@SahanaA09) July 31, 2019
CCD introduced coffee to me! CCDs were the first place at least in north India where affordable grinds (Rs 100-150 packs) and coffee presses (Rs 300) were available, long before Blue Tokai, et al... https://t.co/xQGYxNcFER— PKR | প্রশান্ত | پرشانتو (@prasanto) July 31, 2019

A man who created a global brand, created 50,000 jobs, was good to everyone ends his life under tragic circumstances. Compare this with criminals, rogues, frauds roaming freely in India. No country for good men. #Siddhartha— Piyush Mahajan_PM (@pmahajan97) July 31, 2019

#CCDFounder's tragic end has shaken my confidence all the more in our system. Cannot have twisted laws and processes and expect straight business. Really really worrisome.— Anup (@Fusedgasket) July 31, 2019
