Where most of us struggle to follow a simple exercise routine at this young age, Retd. Air Marshal PV Iyer is comfortably doing pull-ups at the age of 90.
A video of him doing pull-ups was shared by his son Param Iyer, Secretary Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation, on Twitter.
And the video is giving major fitness goals to people on Twitter.

Great to see the fitness even in 90s 👏🙏. I doubt even 30% of our youngsters now can do these many. I saw them struggling to do even one. Can't lift their body.— Chowkidar V R Bonam (@vrbonam) June 22, 2019
Our fathers are in better shape than us! It has to be the clean air, diet, exercise and of course the no-stress lifestyle.— Moira Dawa (@moiradawa) June 22, 2019
Lots of respects - pull-ups once you stop doing them are the toughest compounded by increase in weight over time.— HarMan (@HPSNatt) June 22, 2019
