No, it’s not a joke. In a format – Twenty20 – dominated by batters, Rajasthan’s Akash Choudhary bundled out a whole team without conceding a run in a domestic T20 game.

The incredible incident took place during a match between Disha Cricket Academy and Pearl Academy in the Late Bhawer Singh T20 tournament. 

According to media reports, Pearl Academy won the toss and opted to field first. They restricted Disha Academy – for which the 15-year-old plays – to 156 in 20 overs.

In reply, Akash bamboozled the opposition batsmen with the ball as they were bowled out for 36. He picked his first two wickets in his first over itself, then two more in the second and the third over. His last over witnessed fall of four wickets, including a hat-trick.
