Sachin Tendulkar’s debut song, in collaboration with Sonu Nigam, has been released, and no, it didn’t really get a lot of praise. In fact, it made us question ‘why Sachin, why?’.

However, Tendulkar’s estranged best friend Vinod Kambli is also planning a song release very soon. Sung in Marathi, and called ‘Asa mee… mee asa’ (which translates to ‘I’m like this, this is what I’m like’), it seems to be a rap-dance number and contains some sleek (nope) dance moves by the former Indian cricketer.

It released on 2nd April, and 16 seconds worth of it is tease enough to watch it for some giggles.

The video’s description goes like this:

“Vinod Kambli Singing for the FIRST TIME!When Vinod Kambli Played Cricket he was, a Phenomenon.NOW, he is Coming to Entertain, with enjoyment and fun no wonder You will see him in a Style and a New Avatar! Cricketer about to Open another Era and that is in, Entertainment.” (sic)

Well, Sachin’s video, which is getting slammed on social media, suddenly seems good.
