To make things easy and get you out of the confusion, here’s the list of every smartphone that is going to get the Android 10 update.

Android 10 for Pixel Devices

If you use Google Pixel smartphones including the first Pixel and Pixel XL, you will be glad to know that all Pixels have got the latest version of Android. To get the update go to Settings > System > System Update.

Phones that are already running Android 10 beta:

For Android 10, Google worked with a number of smartphone brands to update their devices with the latest version of Android. As a result, these 15 smartphones were selected for the beta program:

13. Asus ZenFone 5Z
14. Realme 3 Pro
15. Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 5G

If you own a smartphone other than these, you will have to wait till 2020 to get the update. 

Android 10 for Asus

Asus hasn’t always been in the best position when it comes to pushing Android updates, however, it did have two phones that will receive the Android 10 update.

1. Asus Zenfone 5Z
2. Asus 6

Android 10 for BlackBerry Mobile

Though the company does manage to provide timely security updates, the Android updates have always been slower. However, the BlackBerry Key2 was confirmed to get the update, but we don’t know when it is going to happen. So, if you own a BlackBerry Key2, sit back and wait for the update.

Android 10 for Essential phone

If you are one of the few Essential phone users, you will be glad to know that the company has already rolled out the update and you will get it in a couple of days.

Android 10 for Huawei

After a long confusion on whether the Huawei phones will get further Android updates, now it’s official that the existing models will get all the latest updates. So, here are all the models that will receive the update in a couple of months.

Android 10 for Honor

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has come forward to reassure its customers saying that the company will continue to offer updates to its existing phones. It has also confirmed that Honor 20 Lite, Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro will get Android 10 update.

Android 10 for LG

LG is pretty slow when it comes to updating smartphones with the latest operating system. However, the LG G8 is already on Android 10 beta, so, it is likely to see an update in a reasonable time frame.

Android 10 for Motorola

With a recent post on their official website, Motorola confirmed that it will release Android 10 updates for these smartphones:

If you bought a Nokia phone thinking you will receive timely Android updates, the company is not going to disappoint you as it has confirmed that many of its other phones will receive the Android 10 update anytime from Q4 2019 through to Q2 2020. Here’s the list with the expected time.

1. Nokia 9 PureView (Q4 2019)
2. Nokia 8.1 (Q4 2019) 

6. Nokia 6.1 Plus (Q4 2019 – Q1 2020) 

11. Nokia 8 Sirocco (late Q1 2020) 

Android 10 for OnePlus

If you are a OnePlus user you would know that the brand is quick in updating only the latest models but the old models also gets updated at some point of time.

OnePlus 7 series is already running the beta version of Android 10, however, for OnePlus 6 series the Android 10 beta version is scheduled for the end of this month.

Surprisingly, the OnePlus 5 series, which was released in 2017, might also get the update.

Android 10 for Redmi

With a ton of Redmi smartphones out there in the market, here are the smartphones that will receive the Android 10 update very soon.

1. Redmi K20 Pro – Q4 2019 

Android 10 for Samsung

This smartphone brand doesn’t feel the need to update its devices rapidly and if you are a Samsung smartphone user, you already know how frustrating it is to wait for the updates. Even the latest Note 10 series and S10 series won’t see Android 10 update until the Galaxy S11 which will be launched in 2020.

So, don’t expect any movement until March 2020. However, these smartphones will be the first to get the update.

Android 10 for Vivo

Vivo has a couple of smartphones on the beta list for Android 10, so it’s confirmed that these phones will get the update.

Android 10 for Xiaomi

Xiaomi is also a brand which is known for its timely updates. According to a tweet, these are the phones that will get the Android 10 update very soon.

1. Xiaomi Mi 9 – Q4 2019 

6. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S – Q4 2019 

If you own any of the above-mentioned smartphones, your phone will soon receive the Android 10 update. However, as per the hardware capability and public demand, there might be few more phones added to this list in the future.
