Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau might not have intended it, but with his awkward choice of clothes and one of his MPs inviting a Khalistan supporter to dinner, he ended up raising more than a few eyebrows on his maiden trip to India.
But the Liberal party leader tried to salvage the last leg of his trip with some incredible Bhangra moves.
Wearing a black sherwani with a golden dupatta, Trudeau did some Bhangra as he made his way onto the stage at a dinner reception at Canada House in Delhi, which was decorated like a wedding venue.

Twitter had mixed reactions to the PM’s dance moves.
Are you serious @JustinTrudeau? Are you trying to get a feature role in a Bollywood film?

This is the Spirit of Multiculturism which was introduced by his dad Pierre Elliot Trudeau. Canada is a country at peace with itself and with the world around. One of the world’s top ten democracies

You don’t have to apologise. We indians may not dress up like Bollywood but we do behave like one(i mean drama and all). Majority of us appreciate his efforts. Thank you for the love you guys spread 💗.

I won’t be surprised if he does a cameo in #BhabhiJiGharPeHain before he departs for Canada. #JustinTrudeau
