Benny is an eight-year-old pitbull who was put on death row at the Carson Animal Care Center. This animal centre with a lot of abandoned dogs like Benny is a high-kill shelter at Gardena, California.

Benny, known to be a shy dog, captured the heart of every person who stopped by his kennel. But on December 10, an awesome family spotted him and decided to adopt him. His life was eventually spared.

So, when they finally came to take him home, he was surprised, elated and even confused. Watch this video to see his reaction. It will melt your heart.

This special little guy captured the hearts of everyone who stopped by his kennel. He hit the jackpot when this beautiful family chose to take him home. Thanks for all you SHARING, checkout his FREEDOM WALK filled with lots of jumps and tail wagging!
