Muharrem, from Istanbul, is hearing impaired. His sister, Ozlem, teamed up with a production crew to execute a campaign that would not only make Muaharrem’s day but also help launch a great service for the hearing impaired people all over.

To promote Samsung’s video call center for the hearing impaired, ad agency Leo Burnett devised a campaign called ‘Hearing Hands’ to observe Muharrem’s surroundings for a bit and then spring the most heart-warming surprise he could imagine.
