Priyanka Chopra may be riding high on success, but she has recently found herself embroiled in a bit of a controversy.

The actor featured on the cover of Condé Nast Traveller, wearing a top, with a message, that has now become a subject of heated debate on Twitter.

Twitter is abuzz with comments and remarks, slamming Chopra for being insensitive towards the plight of refugees and making a mockery of their situation.

Some called her out, for being a woman of privelege and someone who would never be able to understand a refugees’ plight.

Some however pointed out that the cover was only trying to suggest that the struck out words hinted at groups that were already banned and that travellers could be next.
