While we stumble on n number of captivating wardrobes in almost every typical TV show/film, there are certain characters that get registered for their iconic dress sense. The bling, the frill, and the thrill, these style icons mesmerise us every time they come on screen and we’re all thieves for their wardrobe-

1. Tara Khanna from Made In Heaven

Tara, played by Sobhita Dhulipala, donned some iconic outfits in the show. From crop tops styled with sarees, to sharp pant-suits paired with traditional chokers, this character single-handedly raised the bar for fashion in Indian cinema.

2. Tahani-Al-Jamil from The Good Place

It’s hard to pick a favourite from Tahani’s wardrobe. ‘Cause literally all of her clothes belong to the good place hall of fame. Played by Jameela Jamil, Tahani’s wardrobe is mostly comprised of floral and pastel gowns and dresses, styled with effortlessly curled hair and pearl necklaces.


I can honestly trade both of my kidneys in exchange of her wardrobe. 


3. Maisel from The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel

Maisel, played by Rachel Brosnahan, has the best clothes on TV. Strong colours and minimal couture, styled on her radiant self, are without exaggeration straight out of the ballpark.

Princess Margaret, played by Vanessa Kirby, might not rule the country, but she definitely is the queen of brilliant outfits.




5. Cheryl from Riverdale

This unapologetic sass of a character, portrayed by Madelaine Petsch, has criminal outfits to our envy. Rocking monochrome dresses, mostly dipped in cherry red, she rocks everything she lays her hand on.



6. Sasha from Always Be My Maybe

The next best thing after Keanu Reeves in this film, was Sasha Tran AKA Ali Wong’s wardrobe. And also her iconic cat-eye spectacles. 


7. Rachel from Suits

Before being Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle is the Duchess of hella fine clothing. Her character from the series, Suits, gave us office-wear goals. Extra chic pencil skirts, pastel hues, and elegant shirts- her dress sense is pure class.

Cristal, played by Nathalie Kelley, was truly a fashion icon. Polished looks, styled in pastels, and statement outfits made her character unforgettable.

The ‘It Girl’ from another era, Lady Mary, played by Michelle Dockery, possesses a classic collection of dresses, to the envy of generations to come. Her tweed coats, elegant gowns, and pure class made her the lady of our dreams.


9. Villanelle from Killing Eve

Killing Eve‘s Villanelle, a Russian assassin, played by Jodie Comer, is an equally deadly dresser. Using outfits to change appearances, Villanelle’s iconic style is only fitting to her name.

Sam, played by Annie Parisse, has given of us serious wardrobe goals with her ruffle dresses, printed coat-pants, and baggy dresses. All hail.

Lisa, played by our favourite Cobie Smulders, looks like a vision every time she comes onscreen. Her wardrobe is what our dreams are made of. 


12. Madeline from Big Little Lies

Madeline Martha Mackenzie, played by Reese Witherspoon, has the most enviable collection of outfits. Fairly recognised as one of the most stylish shows, almost all the outfits worn on it are lust-worthy.
