Being in a relationship while juggling your anxiety can get quiet overbearing. You end up sending mixed signals to your partner which can lead to a lot of miscommunication. Because your anxiety often forces you to second-question everything and everyone around you. So as a person who has been dealing with it for 7 years now, here are things I want to tell my partner about my anxiety. 

Because communication is the key to a healthy relationship.
