Nowadays, there’s barely a thin line between music fests and hipster conventions. Young people wearing ironic straw hats, flaunting 80’s style sticker tattoos, talking about bands whose names sound like a cross between law firms and fairy tale titles – yep, that’s pretty much it.

The last thing you’d expect to see in these fests is a group of old people, trying out everything they can. But that’s exactly what happened at this year’s Bonnaroo music fest.

These four people, all in their 70s, not only try out new things by being part of a music fest for the first time in their lives, but they also get to hang out with bands like Mumford & Sons and Guster.

Check it out.
